A large mixed use project is the catalyst for an urban renewal project in western Sydney. Located near a rail interchange, this project comprises commercial units at ground, cross ventilated single level and duplex apartments, communal gardens on numerous levels, a gym and pool. This project is one of a number of large scale 'island' projects of distinctive grain which will stabilize the future development of this peripheral urban landscape.
