Residential alterations and additions

The project is for an addition to a substantial federation house. Additional bedroom accommodation is provided upstairs, while downstairs is substantially transformed, with a new kitchen, bathroom, and informal living spaces.
Decks and the pool mediate the level change between the informal living areas and the rear garden. Pergolas and screens optimise daylight penetration to the lower level spaces, while also improving ventilation and privacy.
