21 apartments + commercial units
This medium scale project for an area in transition can be characterised as an assemblage of three principal elements: a grid of balconies addressing north;
a screen wall - suspended above the ground plane
- wrapping around the southern and eastern facades; and a ‘tower’ of balconies addressing the street junction opposite.
The project comprises commercial units at ground, cross ventilated single level apartments, a penthouse and a communal roof terrace.
