Residential alterations and additions
The project is for an upstairs addition to a semi-detached house in a conservation area. The addition takes the form of a timber box above a base of the existing face brick.
The project provides additional bedroom accommodation upstairs, and substantially transforms the downstairs spaces, with a new kitchen, bathroom, and informal living spaces.
Louvred windows and skylights optimise daylight penetration to the lower level spaces, while also improving ventilation and privacy.
